Refund and Return
By providing your correct data and confirming the products in the shopping cart for a specified delivery date, you conclude a purchase with us, Valuemarket.Solutions Limited, on this specified delivery date and agree to ensure delivery between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Returns are only accepted for unused, non-perishable items. Therefore, returns for fresh seafood and frozen perishable items are not possible. After placing the order, all refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and if defects are detected immediately after delivery, we unusually refund the full amount including shipping costs within 7 days.
Delivery conditions
Deliveries are made on the delivery date specified in the product. Delivery times are from Tuesday to Saturday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM; the shipping service provider will inform you of a time slot. The delivery address must be provided completely and correctly, including the address to which the order is to be delivered and the recipient's name. We accept no responsibility if the order is not delivered to the intended recipient due to incomplete or incorrect information.
Cancellation terms
Orders cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued, as this is a contract for the delivery of a catch that is ordered online and whose delivery is arranged by the fisherman.
