By providing us, Valuemarket.Solutions Limited, with your correct details and confirming the products in your shopping cart for a specified delivery date, you enter into a purchase for this defined delivery date and agree to ensure delivery availability between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Returns are only accepted for unused, non-perishable items. Therefore, returns for fresh seafood and frozen, perishable items are not possible. Orders therefore cannot be canceled, and no refunds are issued, as this is a contract for the delivery of a catch and the catch and delivery are commissioned from the fisherman with the online order. Nevertheless, we will consider all refund requests amicably on a case-by-case basis. Shipping & Shelf Life
The lobsters should be consumed immediately upon receipt! However, with proper and refrigerated storage between 0 and 4 degrees, the lobsters can easily be kept chilled for an additional 3 days. When freezing the products immediately after receipt, we do not recommend storage below minus 16 degrees or for longer than one month, as oxidation can occur, which may affect the quality of the product. We ship the products freshly processed and vacuum-packed. The packaging consists of insulating material such as Styrofoam with air bubble inlays and at least one frozen gel pad. We aim to maintain the perfect cold chain and the exact delivery date and reserve the right to take measures for temporary freezing during a transport segment, which, however, do not negatively affect the quality and, on the contrary, guarantee it! /for example, for transport with Air France Cargo from West Africa to Europe, as the cold chain could be interrupted before loading at airports without temperature management and due to too low and unregulated aircraft storage temperatures.
